It is located on the top floor of a building, with elevator, right in front of the metro station "Louvre-Rivoli", on the metro line # 1, the oldest metro line of Paris, the most "central" also: you will be minutes away from the Champs Elysées on one side, and the Bastille on the other side!

Above all, you are only a few minutes away (WALK) from the main attractions of Paris: the Louvre of course, and also the Tuilerie Gardens, the Orsay Museum right accross the River, the famous Pont des Arts, the Opera of Paris, the Marais District, l'Ile de la Cité with Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter on the other side of the river...


Everything in this apartment has been selected with a lot of care...

The sleeping facilities include a queen size bed in the bedroom and a brand new sofa bed that can sleep one or two people comfortably in the living room.

The living area is bright and charming, with TV and VCR (and a few American movies).

The kitchen is large and fully equipped as you can see on the pictures, with microwave, hot plates, toaster, coffee maker, bowler, fridge... oven on demand for longer stays.

The bathroom includes a shower with a "handy" shower head that can be hanged on the wall like in the US, plus a washbasin, toilets...
