A typical french apartment in the center of the old Paris near Beaubourg, perfect for a summer family holiday.
Total surface is 120 m² (approx 1500 sq. feet). Perfect for 6 persons, and can sleep up to 7.
Three individual bedrooms each sleeping two with a large full wall built in closet in one, and large wardrobe in the other.

Separate large kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, stove, toaster micro onde wave
Dishes, glasses, coffeepot, pots and pans for up to 8 people
Separate bathroom with bath, shower, sink
Living room has sleeper sofa, armchair, coffee table
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and extra bedding supplies.
All taxes, linens, towels, utilities are included in the rental rate.
Cleaning during stay as well as babysitting can be arranged in advance for an additional fee

Area Description

Walking distance from all the major historic, cultural,
leisure and shopping sites. The Louvre Museum as well as the
Palais Royal, Seine River, Ile de la Cité, and
Pompidou/Beaubourg Centre are all 10 minutes on foot. A 15
minute walk brings you to the heart of the Marais district, Place de la Concorde, Opéra, Notre Dame Cathederal and the Musée d’Orsay. Euro-Disney is at 40 mn by direct train.
A lively market street - Rue Montorgueil- just around the corner. Montorgueil district is a very lively neighborhood where the residents of surrounding districts come to shop. Since 1990 the district has been reserved for pedestrians. It offers excellent boulangeries, traditional cafés, wine and cheese shops and
plenty of local bistro restaurants.
